My name is Dominic Finn. I landed on earth in the year 1982 on the back of a meteor. Raised in the Amazon by a tribe of Irish settlers I finally came to the UK in search of Robin Hood. After realising he died several hundred years ago I decided to become a software developer. 

I enjoy obsessing over technology. I am a keen programmer although I am not a coding snob. I work at a software company called North 51 who make all sorts of software from iPhone apps for the NHS to bespoke sites made from our own very cool CMS. I won't go into work history. I like football but don't follow it enough. I play football but am fairly mediocre. I don't really care though. I run around like a mental patient and enjoy having a pint afterwards.

I do Karate at least one a week. I was going more but I'm struggling to make it more than that at the moment. I am currently working towards my green belt.

I love going for a drink. I tend to go out on a Friday night as I'm normally dying for a pint after work. I try to avoid going out on a school night as I struggle to get up.

I like Computer games way too much, I'm a big fan of the Call of Duty series and Halo. My other fave games are the Mass Effect series and the Elder Scrolls series. I try not to collect old computers but seem to fail miserably. My lastest addition is an NES. I can not believe I didn't have one before. At last count I had over 50 old consoles and computers (not counting ordinary beige PCs etc..)

My favourite games, films and books are all either set in the far past or far future. 

My favourite TV show is Star Trek.

My favourite actor is ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER.

I am also married to a lovely girl who I've been with for many years and we are expecting our first baby in Jan 2012.
